Click & Collect and Kerbside Collection
Please select Click & Collect (Free) if you wish to pick up your order from our store in Corsham. Call or email us with your preferred collection date and time, and your item will be packaged and ready for collection within 24 hours.
We also offer contactless kerbside collection. Parking is available opposite the shop, when you have found a suitable place call us, and we will bring your order to you. We can place it in your car without contact.
All purchases are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery costing £7.50, which requires a signature on receipt. Your parcel is insured and usually guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm, however due to coronavirus Royal Mail have suspended the guarantee, but will still prioritise Special Delivery items.
All orders will be sent as soon as possible, usually same or next day, and in all cases within 3 days. If you need an item quickly or delivered on a particular day, then please call us as we are happy to help wherever possible.
Purchases made when we are closed on Wednesday or Sunday will be sent the following working day.
If you require personalisation, or adjustments to any purchase, this may take longer in which case we will be in touch to confirm the delivery date. Alternatively please contact us before your purchase for an estimated shipping date.
We ship to the United Kingdom only, for delivery to any other destination please contact us before your purchase is made.
If you decide that your purchase is not suitable, you are welcome to return it either in store or by post. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase showing no evidence of wear or tear. We will offer a full refund, exchange or gift voucher/credit note for the full amount which will have a 1 year expiry date.
If the item is deemed unfit to wear through a manufacturing fault, please return the goods to us. We will make every effort to replace the item but if this is not possible a refund will be given.
Faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible in its original condition.
If returning goods by mail, please send using a secure, insured postal service such as Royal Mail Special/Recorded delivery also please retain proof of postage. Unfortunately items that have become faulty through general wear and tear cannot be returned for refund.
Please note that the original postage costs are not refundable and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
